With the benefit of 70 years' experience, RCF present their award winning studio reference monitor, the largest in the Mytho range. Crowned by Resolution magazine's readers as "best monitor speaker", the Mytho 6 features a die-cast aluminium cabinet with internal architecture designed to improve low frequency response and minimise resonance.
Amazing clarity is achieved by using two independent AB amplifiers (rated at 100w and 200w). They are used to drive the premium quality, large metal dome, 1" tweeter and a 6.5" neodymium ICC vented woofer, surrounding you with sparkling highs and seriously controlled lows. Ideally suited for medium to large size control rooms, the Mytho 6 will deliver pristine sound - perfect for mixing and mastering.This bundle also includes a pair of height-adjustable studio monitor stands, optimising the performance of your RCF Mytho monitors.

Versatile control panel
Ensure quick set up through Mytho’s input board, providing you with easy to use, self-intuitive controls. This enables you to set your speakers up perfectly, for any situation. The board features input sensitivity controls with an adjustable 12dB range, minimising the risk of digital clipping and distortion.
Mytho’s inclusion of woofer and tweeter mute switches enables you to independently isolate and troubleshoot by evaluating their working condition. By using the bass and treble tilt controls you’ll be able to tune your speakers within a 4dB range. This is excellent for combating low frequency build up and harshness introduced by inadequate spaces.
Make linear listening possible through desktop control, an extremely beneficial feature in combating resonances caused by placing monitors directly on reflective surfaces.
Highly durable aluminium cabinet
The die-cast aluminium cabinet is a factor of 70 years’ experience building professional audio equipment.
RCF’s decision to internally brace and reinforce the cabinet ensures stability in the low-end mixes, allowing you to cut and boost with total confidence that what you’re hearing will translate, no matter what the playback source is.
The cabinet’s external shape is purposefully designed to minimise reflections and offer precision which can be adjusted to optimise the orientation of your listening position.
DSP power
On-board processing is carried out via custom built, premium digital signal processing. RCF’s inclusion of DSP ensures fine crossover tuning and optimised frequency response. This allows you to mix and master tracks to a consistently high standard, regardless of your location.
High quality tweeters and woofers
The Neodymium woofers hold a 5cm voice coil, renowned for its high energy output and concise low frequency reproduction, offering ideal thermal stability with minimal power compression. The circuit also hosts premium air ventilation, minimising air compression, noises and distortion.
Mythos only source the best materials for their equipment. This is reflected in the elegant metal dome tweeter, chosen specifically for it's clarity and accuracy when reproducing vocals. Arguably the most important factor of any mix, regardless of genre, the tweeter offers unparalleled high frequency reproduction.
