The bopbox cajon body is made purely from cardboard, meaning that it is completely biodegradable. The cardboard body is also lightweight, meaning it can be carried around easily. The cajon is extremely sturdy and features an x frame inside for extra support. The cajon could happily withstand a weight of 200kg. The instrument can be assembled and disassembled in a very short amount of time, making it suitable for all kinds of musical situations: from busking and festivals through to band rehearsals and gigs! The natural finish of this instrument means that it can be fully customised.
Diverse Sounds
The bopbox cajon features a range of diverse and authentic tones. Featuring a carefully placed 20 string snare wire, this cajon creates crisp and attacking snare sounds around the top rim of the instrument, and the centre of the instrument features booming bass sounds that are complimented by the rear sound hole.
