The Schlagwerk Bendir is a 16'' frame drum with a goatskin playing surface. Ideal for oriental music, the four snare strings attached to the inside of the skin to create the traditional sounds associated with this instrument. The Bendir is constructed like many other frame drums, however a grip hole in the cross support sets this drum apart. Lightweight and highly user-friendly, the Bendir is a great asset to any percussionist looking for that instantly recognisable sound.
