The Midtown Series rack tom is equipped with Pearl's Opti-Loc Mounting System that features a triangular design with two tension rod attachment points with another through one of the drum's two air vents. Rubber isolators at all connection points allow the drums to vibrate freely for maximum sustain and resonance whilst providing absolute and wobble-free performance. With drums this size, resonance is key.
Portability for the performing drummer
The Midtown Series was made for gigging. Its sizes, weight, even its finishes scream performance. The 45-degree bearing edge provides articulate sensitivity from the shells, helping them resonate and propel your pocket forward wherever you're playing.
