The Viper-401 Guitar is loaded with a pair of high output EMG Pickups, these consist of an EMG 81 in the bridge position and an EMG 85 in the neck. The EMG 81 produces an incredibly intense sound, with plenty of high end cut, while the EMG 85 has a powerful tone with growl and exceptional versatility..

Mahogany Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

The sturdy mahogany neck gives the guitar a rich, focused sound, perfect for those rock tunes. The popular combination of a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, enhances the sound with thick lows, sweet highs and resonant tones.

Viper Body Crafted From Mahogany

The Viper 401 features a double cutaway body for easier access to the higher frets, and is crafted from rich mahogany. The mahogany body provides the sound with warmth and resonance, as well as good bite and sustain. The Viper body is features a military green satin finish, flag inlays and black satin hardware for the ultimate rock and metal appearance.

Excellent Hardware

The hardware of the Viper-401 is reliable and efficient, and includes a Tune-O-Matic Bridge and LTD Tuners. The Tune-O-Matic Bridge offers excellent levels of sustain and stability, while the LTD Tuners work efficiently to keep you in tune all night.
