Mahogany Body & Neck

The Dean AXS Parlor is constructed from a Mahogany body and C profile neck which offers a smooth playability and full bodied tone. Mahogany is a lightweight wood and produces a warm and rich tone with focused middle attack and rounded high frequency response. Finished in a satin natural lacquer the attractive Mahogany grain can be seen through the finish to produce a stylish natural look.
