The MXR custom shop was founded to meet the needs and desires of guitarists with specific sound requests. For those players who know the ins and outs of their performance gear, they carefully choose every part of their setup to find the perfect sounds. The custom shop allows players to find those unique sounds with refined components and engineering. Classic MXR circuits are adapted and the Diavolo Overdrive now delivers an enhanced mid-range and low frequencies.
Designed In Collaboration With Carlo Sorasio
The custom shop is about sonic discovery and MXR do this through inviting special pedal designers from around the world to contribute their unique musical experience. The Il Diavolo Overdrive pedal has been made in collaboration with Italy's finest tone master to produce a pedal full of flexible sounds. Having worked with some of Italy's top musical acts and meeting their tonal needs, the Italian adds outstanding experience to the custom shop engineering process.
